UPGRADING WYNDHAM SCHOOLS BRICK BY BRICK
Students in Werribee will soon have access to the first-rate classrooms and facilities they deserve, with work under way upgrading Warringa Park School’s Cayleys Road Campus.
Member for Werribee Tim Pallas today announced Devco Project and Construction management had been appointed to build Warringa Park School’s $14,090,985 million upgrade, which will help it deliver a 21st century education.
The redevelopment of Warringa Park School’s Campus 3 at Cayleys Road in Werribee South is to accommodate 181 students in a dual -mode Special School (SS) / Special Development School (SDS). The Campus’ current enrolment is 80 students and the redevelopment will thus involve a major intensification of the site.
Under the Andrews Labor Government’s school building boom, a total of 100 new schools will open by 2026, ensuring every child has a great local school and a great start in life.
The Andrews Labor Government has invested $6.1 billion to deliver more than 1,400 school upgrades, supporting over 7,500 construction jobs for Victorians.
The Labor Government is building the Education State so that every student can access a great local school and get a quality education.
