Getting around Melbourne has never been easier with the Exploring the World of Melbourne by Bus website and real-time information helping passengers get to know their local bus route.

Member for Werribee Tim Pallas has welcomed the Explore the World of Melbourne by Bus campaign to Werribee, which helps passengers get to know bus routes local to Melbourne’s west.

The campaign features posters by Australian artists which capture iconic local destinations such as Pacific Werribee, Aqua Pulse and Werribee Mansion.

At the centre of the campaign is a mobile friendly website that allows people to explore Melbourne’s extensive bus network of over 700 routes on an interactive map.

Passengers can use the interactive map tool on-the-go to find local bus routes near them.

The interactive map will then take passengers to the PTV Journey Planner app so they can plan their journey and connect to trains and trams.

The campaign will be rolled out on bus route 439 from Werribee Station to Werribee Mansion and bus route 170 which runs to Pacific Werribee and Aqua Pulse.
